Your phone should warn you at you saying it is from an unknown source and that it may be harmful (that source is the convention-approved developer, tap "ok").
Because of PlayStore security, it might be blocked by play protect (Tap "ok" if it asks to accept the download anyway).
It may ask you if you want to send the app for scanning (go for it, it's virus-free).
You may need to change some permissions to allow you to download it.
